NC lottery winners get an extra ticket, but they still need to buy it.
The North Carolina Lottery says there’s a chance that a lotteries ticket you bought could be worth a couple thousand dollars.
If you buy it in the lottery, you’ll be entitled to one of the lottery’s three jackpot prizes, which include tickets for $50,000, $100,000 or $250,000.
You’ll also get a prize that includes a ticket to win a ticket from the NC Lottery’s prize draw.
To be eligible, you need to be over the age of 18, have a driver’s license or ID card, and be registered to vote.
The lottery will accept online or in person applications from anyone 18 years old and older, and you must provide your Social Security number and photo ID.
(You also must present a copy of your NC driver’s or ID documentation for the lottery to verify your age.)
